Not sure what I did wrong but it did not work. I was a bit skeptical when I read a cup of oil, but I tried it anyway. As written it was oil wine soup with no hope of thickening anytime soon (even after taking the lid off). I eventually drained all of that away from the meat, poured a new cup of wine and water and tried reducing it on its own. Then added the meat and yogurt. The result was edible but not great, so obviously not what the recipe was going for. Please let me know what I did wrong! The picture looks so good!
