Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the bifteki at all. Way too salty – and I normally like it a bit salty but here I couldn’t finish the dish. The seasoning is just overpowering, you don’t taste the meat. Greek food is famous for its meatiness but this recipe is far away from authentic Greek food – unfortunately.
