Hi Laura

I’ve added a small section explaining what to do a bit more to make sure the honey is caramelised. In a nutshell it needed a bit more cooking in your case as the honey had not fully set.

I cooked the mixture for 3 minutes after adding the seeds. The honey sunk to the bottom and it’s very gooey. I imagine I didn’t cook it long enough? How do we tell when the honey syrup mixture has cooked enough?
