Amazing I think the cinnamon is yhe difference here and makes it taste authentic as opposed to other recipes that pretend to be greek yum!!!

Wow, SO FULL of flavor! Took your advice to refrigerate for a day before grilling them, then removed from the grill when they were like a medium rare ‘feel” to the tongs and covered them with tin foil for a few minutes— they were absolutely perfectly cooked when we began to eat. Unbelievable flavor!! Thank you so very much!

Absolutely delicious recipe – perfect seasoning! We served these with pickled red cabbage, tomatoes, homemade French fries, roast Cauliflower and sriracha sauce.
