Took your advice to refrigerate for a day before grilling them, then removed from the grill when they were like a medium rare ‘feel” to the tongs and covered them with tin foil for a few minutes— they were absolutely perfectly cooked when we began to eat. Unbelievable flavor!! Thank you so very much!
