Like all your recipes, these are gorgeous too. My guests loved them. Thank you. Some of mine have bursted and the cheese oozed out while frying. Is there any way to prevent this?

In reply to Jocelyn. Hi Jocely! If the mozzarella is hard then yes. If its like buffalo mozzarella that is wet then it won't bind well. If the latter, then use it together with some other hard cheeses to give it texture and prevent it from falling apart :)
